Columbia Square
Carl represented Kilroy Realty in leasing 180,000 square feet at Columbia Square to Viacom’s MTV, moving the network from Santa Monica to Hollywood. Columbia Square, a 685,000-square-foot mixed-use project on Sunset Boulevard, was described as the area’s first new office building in more than 20 years.
